Washing Guidelines：

• Machine wash under 40°C
• Do not dry clean
• Do not bleach
• Do not tumble dry
• Air dry in a shaded area
• Do not iron

Cleaning Instructions：

• Hand wash: For first-time use, rinse gently with clean water. Avoid wringing forcefully.
• Machine wash: Place the pantyliner in a laundry bag before washing.
• Spin dry: After hand washing, place in a laundry bag and spin dry using a washing machine.
• Drying: Hang immediately after spin drying to avoid color transfer or deformation.

Usage：Can be used with regular underwear, but self-stick function works best when paired with Holdme underwear.

A1: No! The panty liner cannot handle large amounts of menstrual blood. It's intended for use before or after your period, during the times when it’s uncertain if your period will start or end.

Q2: Can Holdme panty liners be used with other brands of underwear?

A2: It's not recommended. The Holdme panty liner works best with Holdme underwear to activate the self-stick function. If used with regular underwear, the self-stick effect won’t work. You might even forget it's there when using the restroom! The self-stick feature only works with Holdme underwear.

Q3: How long can liners be used? When should they be replaced?

A3: Under normal use, the lifespan exceeds six months. For frequent use, it's recommended to replace them every six months for hygiene reasons.

Q4: How should I store used liners (if I’m out and about)?

A4: You can store them in a small plastic bag or a zip-lock bag and wash them together with your laundry later.

A6: Yes, it's as simple as washing underwear. However, when drying, separate them to ensure both the underwear and panty liner are completely dry.

A7: It's recommended to use a laundry bag. Since the panty liner is lightweight and thin, friction with other clothes may shorten its lifespan, and it could be easily forgotten in the washing machine.

A8: The current 17 cm and 21 cm panty liners are designed for light, comfortable wear. Their quick absorption function is suitable only for stress urinary incontinence, such as small leaks caused by laughing, jumping, crying, or lifting heavy objects.

Q9: If I don’t wash the used fabric panty liner immediately, will it get dirty or accumulate bacteria?

A9: No,  panty liners and underwear have long-lasting antibacterial properties. However, it’s still recommended to wash them promptly, not after several days.
